Intelligent Spaces start with an intelligent partnership

Hanover is a London based agency that was recently awarded the Public Affairs News ‘Consultancy of the Year’ Award. With offices on Grays Inn Road, London, it wanted to redesign its working environment to better reflect the power of its brand.

Spacio created detailed design concepts and refined them in partnership with Hanover, giving them great confidence in our ability to create the offices they hoped for. Hanover’s Managing Director was so impressed with the concepts he remarked: “This is why we chose Spacio!”

The final design used a mix of solid and glazed partitioning, while a ‘light wall’ made maximum use of sunlight from a wide window frontage – while retaining privacy where needed. We managed and installed the project from start to finish, completely transforming the Hanover suite of offices on the third floor of a shared building.

Weeks to complete

Now that we are settled into our new office, I wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for all the hard work with our new office design and fit out.

It has been a long process and your patience during the design phase has been most welcome together with your understanding and flexibility of the last minute changes. We are immensely proud of the new office space and feel it suitably represents the company.

We are very appreciative of the hard work you and your team put in over the fit out phase, working within our budget, and the tight completion time that you met to ensure that the office was ready for occupation ahead of deadline set. As you are no doubt aware the continuity risks in moving a business are immense and now that the project has been completed I can safely say that these were kept to a minimum with the whole team and working on the Monday morning we moved in.

I would be very happy to recommend Spacio to any potential clients you have

Charles Lewington (Managing Director)
